Chef Beverley Garraway
Executive Chef Beverley Garraway brings a bold and soulful flavor to the City of Good Neighbors–Buffalo, New York.
Born in Grenada, the legendary island of spice, Chef Beverley developed an early love for the aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. That passion deepened while growing up on a farm in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where she learned firsthand the essential connection between the soil and the kitchen. Long before "farm-to-table" became a trend, she was living it–harvesting, cooking, and honoring ingredients at their source.
After relocating to New York, Chef Beverley sharpened her skills in Brooklyn before ultimately finding her culinary home in Buffalo. There, she honed her craft at the Adams Mark Hotel, Park Lane Restaurant, and The Buffalo Catering Company, gaining experience across high-volume service, refined dining, and large-scale events.
Now stepping out on her own, Chef Beverley brings Caribbean-All-American fusion to Western New York. By blending the bold spices of her birthplace, the agricultural wisdom of the Virgin Islands, and the vibrant energy of New York, she creates dishes that are both deeply nostalgic and refreshingly forward-thinking–a dining experience rooted in heritage, heart, and innovation.
